Refund policy

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time and retain Pro access through the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period.

Requests involving an accidental charge, duplicate charge or prolonged service failure are reviewed when submitted within 7 days of the transaction. Substantially consumed page allowances may be ineligible. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights that apply in your country. Contact support@komalingo.com with the account email, transaction date and reason. Never send full payment-card details.
