KomaLingo support

For account, translation, quota, subscription or refund questions, email support@komalingo.com. Include the approximate time of the issue and job ID shown by the extension when available. Do not attach copyrighted comic files, passwords, full payment-card details or API keys.

Before contacting support

1. Confirm that Chrome and KomaLingo are up to date.
2. Reload the comic page and retry.
3. Use Select region if an image host blocks direct access.
4. Check the quota and error shown in the popup.

We aim to respond within two business days. Billing is processed by Lemon Squeezy; KomaLingo does not receive your full payment-card number.

Account deletion

You can delete your account directly in the extension. If you cannot access it, email support from the address connected to your account.
